Sallee and Eric

I'm so lucky to work with the kind, beautiful people that I do. And I'm not just referring to pretty-on-the-outside people, I mean the super nice, help with my bags, awesome-on-the-inside people. And that goes for Sallee and Eric. They are both as genuine as they come, and I'm so happy that they met and fell in love, and then asked me to photograph their wedding!

Kristen and Patrick

There are lots of beautiful places in the world. And after this session, I was reminded just how stunning Utah can be. I was in awe with the sheer beauty on this late summer day. Kristen and Patrick love all things mountains, so it was a perfect choice for their engagement session. And I kind of fell in love with the two of them together. They were just themselves, which is all I can ever ask of anyone. And let me just take a moment of silence for all the mosquitoes we encountered. Bug spray maybe slowed them down, but in no way stopped them. By the end of the night several had flown into my mouth, and up my nose, not counting the numerous bites we all got. They were like the 3rd wheel at our party. Wait, I'm like the 3rd wheel, so they were like the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th...millionth wheel. But mosquitoes shamitoes, I couldn't have asked for a better couple or a more gorgeous setting.

Ashlee and Nate

Ashlee and Nate drove all the way up from Manti, early in the morning, with a power outage, to do their engagement session. Not to mention a last minute location change due to weather. I think it all worked out though! I normally don't do morning sessions, but I think this one has my mind changed. I loved every single photo, and that has to do a little with the light, but a lot with how great Ashlee and Nate are together. They are so comfortable and relaxed and, you know, in love. Thank you Ashlee and Nate! I loved getting to know all about you, how you met (Vegas!) and what your future plans are.
